I see sagging strings of humanity
in the fiery eyes of Pegasus
as that
drip
drip
dripping
of history sizzles
on hot asphalt
stinking like burnt saliva

kind words slither
across melting sidewalks
as thieves
and liars
sodomize the masses
for trinkets

watch the soft glisten
of the spiders web
oscillating
in sweet morning light.

the prophets of man lie stinking at the roadside.
the thoughtful in conflict with the thoughtless
as they both wait for the mythological return of Christ.

a little drunk,
I elaborate my point
to the voice in my head
with lots of L's

i examine my feces
for remnants of my neighbor

while de-boning my lost love
with forked tongue and wasted syllables
i experience horrifying images dripping
from bleeding columns

eyeballs float in double helix
trains and veins in constant twitching

my mother clanks her gin glass
as i swim in her womb
I hear muffled laughter
praising the juniper i taste through my skin

the vortex rears and swallows me whole

It grows harder inside this skull
to live around all the other skulls

paranoia
inconsistency
fear
contempt
insanity
beauty
swirling lists of cacophonous colors
eyewitnesses to blind morality
jesus christ shooting dice in a pachucos' suit
cranial plates twisting on soft gooey center

hemorrhoids wait at my back door like Jehovah's witness
a smile and a handshake await upon entry
enjoy....
